A long-term investor with a deeply analytical approach, Pierre-Etienne has been investing in listed equities for several decades, personally and for his family office, Leadership Growth Holding.

At the age of 21, he founded and led Leaders League (Decision Makers Magazine, Private Equity Exchange, Sustainable Transformation Summit). Entirely self-financed, he grew the company from 0 to 200 employees across 45 countries, before a successful exit in 2022.

On the private side, he co-founded Climate Leaders Fast Track, an investment holding and accelerator. He has taken part in more than 25 investments in growth companies. He now leads AI Leaders Fast Track, dedicated to the leaders of artificial intelligence.

He also shares his academic expertise as a Professor at Paris-Saclay University and a Mentor at the HEC accelerator (CDL, Climate Track).

John-Pierce has forged his career at the crossroads of the legal, entrepreneurial and financial worlds. He has helped investigate and run due diligence on listed and non-listed investments for the founder of Leadership Growth Holding and House of Leaders Capital. He brings a deep expertise in legal due diligence as well as in setting the optimal investment structures.

Prior to that, he acquired solid experience in private equity and mergers and acquisitions at international firms such as Winston & Strawn, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner and Gowling WLG.

An entrepreneur at heart, he co-founded Krateo, a company specializing in public speaking training, as well as Lexcalibur, an online platform for legal expertise.

He currently participates on the board of several fast-growing startups in the sector, including GreenGo, Zei and OpenClimat.

Raphaël joins Climate Leaders Fast Track as a Portfolio Management Analyst. Passionate about sustainable finance and climate transition, he contributes to the strategic support of portfolio startups and to the monitoring of their performance.

Before joining CLFT, he worked in London as an investment analyst at Haltra Group, with a focus on European startups active in the ecological transition, particularly in the Blue Economy. He also gained experience in finance at Lombard Odier Investment Managers in London and had other experiences in finance and SaaS in Canada and France.
